Dear Lord General Commander Kaladak,
We have received your custom order. Pursuant to your request, and in consideration of your generous advance payment, work will commence on your items without delay.
We do not foresee any difficulties with the duster alterations to allow for the attachment of stars on the shoulders, nor should the chest ribbons cause any concerns. The request for the interior lining to facilitate the unobtrusive storage of “dozens of hypodermic needles, scalpels and dissection implements” should be feasible. If possible, would you please supply us with the exact dimensions and weight of these items, as well as some specific details regarding the requirement that they need to be able to be drawn in “less time than it takes for a tree killer to soil his armor.”
Once we have received this additional information, the only remaining issue will be the forging of the rank insignias. The requirement that they be tempered with “Trandoshan tears” does qualify as an third level customization as detailed in Section 14b of the contract, given the amount of liquid required to temper golden stars of the requested size. However, your advance payment is more than sufficient to cover the expense, and we are in the process of requisitioning the required tears.
If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
